Israel Judaica Center specializes in premium Judaica products, including handcrafted and personalized items such as tallitot, tefillin, mezuzot, shofars, tallit bags, tefillin bags, challah covers, kippot, custom embroidery, and related accessories.
Many of our products are handmade or produced specifically for each customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge that handcrafted products naturally include slight variations and that production times may vary depending on the product ordered.
2. Personalized & Custom Orders
Many of our products can be customized through embroidery, printing, engraving, or other personalization services.
By ordering any personalized product, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Embroidery & Personalization Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
Personalized and custom-made products cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, and pricing are accurate.
However, due to the nature of handcrafted products:
- Colors may appear differently on various screens and devices.
- Leather, wood, stone, horn, fabrics, metals, and other natural materials vary in texture, grain, color, and appearance.
- Product dimensions are approximate.
- Embroidery thread colors may vary slightly from the colors displayed online.
- Handmade products may contain slight natural variations.
These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
4. Pricing & Payments
We currently accept secure payment through:

Prices may be updated without prior notice.
By placing an order, you authorize Israel Judaica Center to charge your selected payment method for:
- Products purchased
- Shipping charges
- Personalization services

Israeli customers will be charged VAT as required by Israeli law.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by their local authorities.
5. Production & Shipping
Many of our products require production before shipment.
Production time and shipping time are separate.
Shipping begins only after production has been completed.
