Every embroidered item is individually prepared by skilled artisans. While customers may choose the embroidery text, font, color, placement, and design options offered on our website, the final execution is performed by hand and requires professional judgment.
Minor variations in embroidery placement, alignment, spacing, lettering size, design proportions, or overall positioning may occur during production. These slight differences are a natural part of the handcrafted process and do not constitute a defect or manufacturing error.
Unless a customer provides specific written instructions that have been confirmed and approved by Israel Judaica Center before production begins, the final placement, embroidery size, lettering proportions, thread density, and overall layout are determined by the embroiderer's professional discretion to achieve the best possible result for each individual product.
For certain delicate or lightweight fabrics, such as a tallit or other thin textile materials, professional embroidery may require the use of a stabilizer or backing material to provide additional support and structure to the fabric. This process helps ensure optimal embroidery quality, durability, and appearance. The use of such stabilizing materials is a standard professional embroidery technique and does not indicate a defect or alteration of the product.
Thread colors displayed on our website are intended for reference only. Actual embroidery thread colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen calibration, lighting conditions, fabric texture, thread manufacturer dye lots, and production materials. Such variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Likewise, the displayed size of embroidery designs, fonts, symbols, or graphics is for illustration purposes only. Final proportions may be adjusted slightly to best suit the selected product, fabric size, material characteristics, and embroidery technique.
Because every personalized item is individually produced, minor handcrafted variations that do not materially affect the appearance, quality, or functionality of the product are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
