Shipping & Production Policy

At Israel Judaica Center, many of our products are handcrafted or prepared specifically for each customer. Because of this, your total delivery time consists of two separate stages:

• Production Time – The time required to prepare, manufacture, personalize, embroider, inspect, and package your order.
• Shipping Time – The transit time selected at checkout, beginning only after your order has been completed and shipped.

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Please note that the shipping method you choose does not reduce the production time. Express shipping only affects the delivery time after your order has been dispatched.

Production Times

Production times vary depending on the products ordered and the level of customization required.

Standard Judaica Products
Items that do not require customization are generally prepared within 1–3 business days.

Personalized & Embroidered Products
Products requiring embroidery, custom printing, personalization, custom tallit tying, or other made-to-order work generally require 3–7 business days before shipment.

This includes products such as:

• Personalized tallitot
• Embroidered tallit bags
• Embroidered tefillin bags
• Custom challah covers
• Personalized kippot
• Personalized bathrobes
• Custom embroidery artwork
• Custom printing
• Special-order Judaica items

Certain products, including tefillin, mezuzot, custom atarot, or special-order items, may require additional preparation time depending on availability and the complexity of the order. If additional production time is needed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Multiple Items

If your order contains several products with different production times, your shipment will normally be dispatched once all items are ready.

If you prefer available items to be shipped separately, please contact us before your order is dispatched. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Times

Shipping begins only after production has been completed.

Express Shipping (FedEx Express)

2–5 business days

Standard International Shipping

7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, destination country, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

Shipping Restrictions

• A physical street address may be required for certain shipping services.
• Signature upon delivery may be required.
• Delivery times do not include customs clearance delays.

Important Information

Every personalized order is individually handcrafted. Production begins only after all customization details have been confirmed.

While we make every effort to meet our estimated production and shipping times, occasional delays may occur due to supplier availability, high seasonal demand, holidays, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If a significant delay is expected, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated shipping date.
