Cancellation & Returns Policy

At Israel Judaica Center, we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted products and excellent customer service. In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, customers are entitled to cancel a transaction under certain conditions, as detailed below.

Order Cancellation:
You may request to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of purchase or from the date of receiving the product — whichever is later. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: israeljcenter@gmail.com and include the order number and customer details.

Non-Returnable and Non-Cancellable Items:
Please note that the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled after purchase and confirmation:
Personalized products (including items with custom names, engravings, embroidery, or any custom-made requests)
Handmade items made to order
Tefillin, Mezuzot, and other ritual items that are custom-prepared for the customer
Once a personalized or custom-made order has been approved and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Return Conditions:
For eligible non-personalized items:
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may be charged, as permitted by law.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, including shipping costs, as applicable.
